The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the City of Terespol in 2022.

1. The object of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the City of Terespol in the year 2022.

2. The indicative amount of municipal waste that the Contracting Authority provides for receipt from the owners of the inhabited property and from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste during the period of execution of the order is approximately 1851,7Mg. The aforementioned quantity of waste shall be accepted for the calculation of the Contractor's price offer. The quantities of waste are estimated by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee the above amount of waste during the duration of the contract. The Contractor undertakes to collect and use the actual and actual amount of waste.

3. The scope and method of execution of the object of the contract is defined (Annex No 1 to SWZ) — Detailed description of the object of the contract (SOPZ) and the draft of the contract constituting (Annex No 2 to SWZ).
