The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust’s Commercial Procurement Service wishes to establish a framework which will allow NHS authorities and other public sector bodies to procure health care providers with a radiology capacity management service to include professional advice on maximising patient throughput and the provision of clinical staff to facilitate the proposed changes.

This framework will be a multi supplier framework with a catalogue call-off mechanism and as such no form of further competition will be required. Client organisations may call off services as and when required directly from a successful supplier following a catalogue evaluation of the information submitted from this tender exercise and using a defined award criteria.
