As part of the CSG-NG project to modernize the Kourou launch base, CNES will redesign its processes, modernize its technical facilities and implement a new information system to maintain all the facilities of the base in operational condition.
The Transverse Digital Stand (SNT) is one of the components of the CSG-NG:
— Phase 1: subject of this call for applications: Architecture/Middleware
—— Deployment of SNT Middleware;
—— integration and validation of the first functional brick on Middleware: Planning (Planisware);
— Phase 2: Next task: functional bricks (implementation on Middleware): the implementation of the modules of the four functional bricks: configuration management, operating procedures management, maintenance and management of campaign information.
Phase 2 information is provided to enable industry to understand all the objectives of the SNT project.
This part of the SNT project focuses on Phase 1: integration of a Middleware to accommodate SNT applications (phase 2):
— Deployment of SNT Middleware which is the home structure where (unique) data is exchanged between applications (internal and external to the SNT) through ESB and API services. A Master Data Management (MDM) module ensures the management of reference data within the SNT. Another module allows you to manage business processes, their continuous improvement and associated worflows (BPM);
— integration and validation of the first functional brick on Middleware: Planning (Planisware).
The services will be as follows:
— project management (in Agile mode), visit the contractor's site to collect the information necessary for studies to present the solutions he proposes;
— working in Agile mode;
— proposal and realization of backlogs, including security level security, in accordance with the specification User-Story (study, development and supply of the SNT system) taking into account the MMF* target;
— the integration and validation of the first functional brick “planning”;
— installation, site validation and technical qualification of the set (the contractor will be responsible for the validation of supplies in interface with CNES/CSG equipment);
— training of farm personnel (objective: autonomy).
* Minimum Marketable Feature (MMF):
— provide an BSE as an application interconnection solution;
— provide a reference data management solution and a business process management solution;
— get the integration of a functional brick.

In addition, in the context of this supply, in order to meet the geographical return requirements expected and expressed below, the proposed industrial organisation should give as much as possible preference to products and services carried out by European companies nationals from the following ESA Member States:
Group 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Min. 60%, max. 100%.
Group 2: Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland. Min. 0, max. 30%.
