The procurement is for trade and contractor services that will be used for both operational and investment budgets. The framework agreements include repairs, maintenance, alterations, and new buildings. The tender contest is divided into several disciplines (sub-contracts). The contracting authority's objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with (1) one tenderer in each contract area. Tenders can be submitted for one or several of the disciplines in the contest. Awards will be made per discipline/contract area.
The work includes extensions, repairs, alterations to rooms due to changes of use, general maintenance, and ongoing operation. This can also include the delivery of building parts and fixtures.
General work can be, amongst other things:
• repairs/replacement of facades and roofs;
• demolition/construction of internal walls;
• demolition/construction of ceilings and floors;
• sound and post-insulation work for ceilings, floors and walls;
• repairs/replacement of doors and windows made of wood and steel;
• improvements due to fire protection measures, fire, and vandalism measures, as well as any new regulation requirements;
• minor masonry work;
• coordinator;
• concrete sawing;
• concrete work;
• minor alterations and new constructions;
• revise drawings after assignments have been completed, updated drawings are to be returned to the orderer.
The works mainly includes work with heavy equipment for replacements, maintenance, repairs, and minor new installations on the contracting authority's roads, water and sewage installations, as well as work in parks, sports, and school areas. Heavy equipment means the equipment listed in the price sheet, sub-contract 10.
The tenderer must provide services and goods for installation work for heavy current.
The work will mainly be for repairs, alterations to rooms due to changes of use, general maintenance, repairs, new installations, replacements and ongoing operation of the contracting authority's buildings and installations. In addition, the framework agreement will also cover Farsund Havnevesen's installations and laid up boats. The framework agreement will also include the delivery of materials and equipment.
The tenderer must provide services and goods for installation work within low current. The tenderer must also carry out annual servicing of fire alarm installations at a specific selection of installations and in accordance with specified intervals as described in the price sheet.
The work will mainly include plumbing services for repairs and replacements in the contracting authority's buildings, as well as major renovation work if required. Repairs and replacements of water and sewage installations can also be included when this is not carried out by a machine contractor or by ourselves.
The work mainly includes odd repair work and minor procurements of parts and necessary replacements in existing installations as required and as agreed, as well as construction work on the contracting authority's buildings and installations. The contract can also include regular annual servicing of a specific selection of installations if required.
