The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of solar installations and photovoltaic installations in the territory of Dzierzgoń Municipality, including: 1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation of 116 solar installations for residents of Dzierzgoń Municipality; 2) delivery and assembly based on technical documentation of 1 set of photovoltaic installations for the use of the public building; 3) delivery and installation based on the technical documentation of 193 installations of solar collectors for heating of useful hot water in residential buildings residents of the Municipality of Dzierzgoń. The detailed scope of the work and the description of the subject matter of the contract shall include the Specification of the Conditions of the Order (SWZ), including: 1) Technical documentation together with the list of components, annexes 1A, 1B, 1C to the SWZ; 2) Contract tems, annexes No 4A, 4B to the SWZ.

Delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation of 116 photovoltaic installations for residents of the Municipality of Dzierzgoń, including:

(a) 7 sets with a minimum capacity of 2,52 kWp (mounted respectively: 4 on the roofs of residential buildings, 1 on the roof of the auxiliary building and 2 on the ground),

(b) 37 sets with a minimum capacity of 2,88 kWp (mounted respectively: 20 on residential roofs, 5 on ancillary buildings roofs and 12 on soil),

(c) 21 sets with a minimum capacity of 3.60 kWp (mounted respectively: 14 on the roofs of residential buildings, 1 on the roof of the auxiliary building and 6 on the ground),

(d) 15 sets with a minimum capacity of 4,32 kWp (mounted respectively: 10 on residential roofs, 4 on ancillary buildings roofs and 1 on soil),

e) 7 sets with a minimum capacity of 5,04 kWp (mounted respectively: 4 on residential roofs, 3 on ancillary buildings roofs),

(f) 9 sets with a minimum capacity of 5,76 kWp (mounted respectively: 7 on residential roofs, 2 on ancillary buildings roofs),

g) 7 sets with a minimum capacity of 6,48 kWp (mounted respectively: 2 on roofs of residential buildings, 3 on the roofs of ancillary buildings and 2 on the ground),

(h) 4 sets with a minimum capacity of 7,20 kWp (mounted respectively: 1 on the roof of the auxiliary building and 3 on the ground),

(i) 4 sets with a minimum capacity of 8,28 kWp (mounted respectively: 2 on the roofs of residential buildings, 1 on the roof of the auxiliary building and 1 on the ground),

j) 5 sets with a minimum capacity of 9.72 kWp (mounted respectively: 1 on the roof of an apartment building, 2 on the roofs of ancillary buildings and 2 on the ground)

and delivery and installation based on the technical documentation of 1 set of PV installations for the own public building, with a minimum capacity of 9,00 kWp, a rooftop mounted public building.

The detailed scope of the work and the description of the subject matter of the contract includes the Specification of the Terms of Order (SWZ), including: 1) Technical documentation with the list of components, annexes 1A, 1B to the SWZ; 2) Model of the contract, which is annexes 4A SWZ.

Delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation of 193 solar collector installations together with the construction tailored to the assembly site, including:

a) 103 kpl. (1 kpl included: 2 panels, 200 dm3 tray), mounted respectively: 80 kpl on roofs or walls of residential buildings, 6 kpl on roofs or walls of auxiliary buildings, 17 kpl on the ground.

b) 87 kpl. (1 kpl included: 3 panels, 300 dm3 tray), mounted respectively: 66 kpl on roofs or walls of residential buildings, 5 kpl on roofs or walls of auxiliary buildings, 16 kpl on the ground.

(c) 3 kpl. (1 kpl included: 4 panels, 400 dm3 tray), mounted respectively: 2 kpl on roofs or walls of residential buildings, 1 kpl on the ground.

The detailed scope of the work and the description of the subject matter of the contract contains the Specification of the Conditions of the Order (SWZ), including: 1) Technical documentation with the list of components, annex 1C to the SWZ; 2) Model of the contract, which is annexes 4B SWZ.
