1. The item of the order is the delivery of computer equipment for the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.

The Contracting Authority shall divide the order into 3 parts.

1) Part 1. Portable computer-PS-KP,

2) Part 2. Portable computer-MW-KP,

3) Part 3. Portable computer-PC-KP.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order, technical parameters of the computer equipment can be found in the annexes to the SWZ:

Part 1 PS-KP, Part 2 MW-KP, Part 3 PC-KP.

3. The technical parameters specified in the Annexes are minimum requirements.

The object of the order is the delivery of a portable computer 2. A detailed description of the order, the technical parameters of the computer equipment can be found in annex no PS-KP and in the proposed provisions of the contract. 3. The technical parameters are the minimum requirements for means that the Contractor can offer models that comply with minimum requirements or models with more efficient processors (while maintaining technology), more RAM, a larger HDD drive, more I/O ports (of a given type), no shorter warranty, etc.

The Contracting Authority requires that the minimum warranty and warranty period be 12 months. The warranty period begins with the date of signing the receipt protocol of the order item.

The offered item of the order will be complete and ready for use when installed without any additional purchases or investments on the ordering side.

The Contractor declares that the delivered item of the order will be factory new, unreconditioned and free from factory and legal defects and that he has all the required certificates and certificates.

Delivery of the order item will take place at the cost and risk of the contractor.

The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract complies with the requirements of applicable Polish law as well as the law of the European Union, be authorised for marketing and use within the European Union, and complies with other requirements (standards, parameters) specified by the Contracting Authority in SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires that the order be executed within 14 days from the date of signing the contract.
