The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction and assembly works regarding the modernization and reconstruction of existing water main in ul. Jazdowa, Nowomiejska and Wyszyński in Włocławek with connections, switching connections and connections as well as reconstruction and replacement of fittings and water supply nodes (including fittings, valves, hydrants, boxes for valves and hydrants, valves, etc.), along with the reconstruction of the surface after works and any works accompanying the reconstruction of the infrastructure in question. Comprehensive execution of the contract also includes all auxiliary and accompanying works that are necessary for the proper performance of the works, i.e. organization and security of the construction site as well as all preparatory and cleaning works along with the organization of the area after construction and the development of as-built documentation after the completion of construction works.

The total length of water mains with connections and connections planned for modernization is about 1.6 km. Cables and valves selected for modernization and replacement are located mainly in road lanes. Due to the density of buildings and high traffic within the city center, most modernization works are planned for trenchless methods (in particular in thermosetting sleeve technology, with cracking technology and tight fit). Wherever, where for technical reasons it will not be possible to use the trenchless method, it will be allowed, if necessary, locally to carry out modernization in an open excavation.
The scope of work includes the modernization of the water main along with connections and connections, replacement of gate valves and hydrants and other accompanying works in the streets:
• ul. Access from the street. Kaliska to ul. Kruszyńska - modernization of the DN400 water main with a length of about 317 m, including connection switching, installation of new gate valves and hydrants and a drain chamber,
• ul. Nowomiejska on the section from the railway tracks to ul. Freedom - modernization of the DN300 water main with a length of about 417 m along with switching connections, connecting the measuring chamber and installation of new gate valves and hydrants,
• Wyszyński on the section from ul. Okrzei / Toruńska (gate valve node at ul. Toruńska 28) to Pl. Kopernika / ul. Brzeska - modernization of the DN250 water main with a length of about 850 m along with switching connections, connections, connecting valves and chambers as well as replacing valves, drains and hydrants.
