By means of this tender, the Client wishes to fulfil its needs regarding the maintenance, removal and construction of Movable Physical Fences (BFA) managed by Stedelijk Beheer, municipality of The Hague. The RAW framework agreement relates to the management and maintenance of movable physical fences and project-based removal of parts of installations in connection with a redesign or the installation of a BFA installation for opening up a pedestrian zone. The maintenance of the BFAs cannot be carried out entirely systematically. Corrective maintenance due to unforeseen circumstances, which may cause malfunctions, must always be taken into account.

The client has an area under management consisting of 72 installations and 6 tram fences that need to be maintained. This RAW framework agreement relates to work that must be carried out on the movable physical closures. The agreement covers maintenance, installation and removal of Movable Physical Fences (BFA).
