Contract for the execution of the works with stipulation partly "in body" and partly "to measure", pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. dddddd) and eeeee) and art. 59, paragraph 5-bis of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 as better described in the tender regulations.

Open tender, pursuant to art. 3, 60 and 123 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, (hereinafter, also Code) for the contract of works relating to "Pescara Aqueduct - Route variant and safety of the stretch between Capodacqua di Arquata and the Borgo di Arquata node - ATO ID 601118 C.C. AX37".

The executive project works consist, in summary, in the construction of a variant of the route of the adductor of the Pescara Aqueduct, an aqueduct work that starts from the Municipality of Capodacqua di Arquata, Province of Ascoli Piceno, Marche Region, and develops between pipelines and artifacts for a total length of 8710.17 linear meters with connection to the node of Borgo di Arquata in the Municipality of Arquata del Tronto, with interest for a small stretch of the territory located in the hamlet of Grisciano, Municipality of Accumoli, Province of Rieti, Lazio Region.

The pipeline will be positioned in the trenches on agricultural land, on a brecciated or asphalted road for a stretch of about 3.3 km with two pipe bridges to cross the river Tronto, one of which is driveway, two sections in tunnels, one of which is about 4.8 km to be carried out with mechanized excavation and to be built in Grisciano, and another, with traditional method, of about 280 ml referred to the locality Borgo di Arquata. The ancillary works or the minor pipe bridges and the accompanying works of art are also to be realized, as well as the plant engineering provided for the entire aqueduct line, such as the general remote control and the monitoring system. At the beginning it is planned to create an artifact of modest dimensions called Vasca Bassa.

The types of materials are better specified and can be found in the tables of construction details and in the technical requirements of the Special Tender Specifications. The award will be made against the best economically most advantageous tender determined by a jury, appointed by the contracting authority pursuant to art. 77 and 216 co.12 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, based on the evaluation criteria and sub-criteria and related weights and subweights indicated in this race regulations.

The award will be made to the Competitor who has submitted the most economically advantageous bid, i.e. who has obtained the highest overall score resulting from the sum of the overall score attributed to the technical offer and the economic offer.

The most economically advantageous tender will be assessed on the basis of the following elements:
