The purpose of the present procurement procedure is to conclude a contract that provides for the supply of the described hook-arm vehicle with a removable chute piston, at the best value for money (BPKV), and the contract also serves as a basis for additional and replacement orders delivered under the same conditions. The client is under no circumstances obliged to enter into award and/or contract. The client can also waiver award.
