On the site of the planned "Friedrich Heinrich" colliery park, two buildings for exhibition, training and educational offers are to be built as part of the urban development KampLintfort with the "Erlebnispädagogisches Zentrum Niederrhein" (EPZN) and the "GreenFabLab" (GFL) The services listed in this list of services relate to the construction of the two buildings mentioned above.
The colliery area forms the southern focus of the Landesgartenschau 2020 in Kamp-Lintfort. The mine area extends from Friedrichstrasse in the north to Kattenstrasse in the south. To the east, the area is bordered by the Ringstrasse, or the upper reaches of the "Große Goorley". To the west are the exhibition areas of the State Garden Show and the master plan areas of the future Friedrich-HeinrichQuartier -Lintfort.
