The identified need is access to an automated online media monitoring platform, ensuring all the functions of the monitoring cycle in compliance with the legal rules in force.

The monitoring platform will be configurable and customizable to ensure the automatic monitoring of essential information on topics concerning EDF issues.

It will allow watchmen to access filtered and organized information, offer tools for cartographic analysis of information, visualization in the form of dashboards and will allow the dissemination of monitoring deliverables (alerts, press reviews or panoramas, RSS feeds ...) according to current topics for the company.

The monitoring platform must allow the identification, continuous automatic collection, automatic indexing, provision and dissemination of relevant information filtered by requests according to the monitoring needs of users, for exploitation and analysis in compliance with copyrights and distribution rights.

This information may come from online and offline sources (including licensed press) from free and paid sources (from additional subscriptions to any online sources).

This call for tenders must cover general information needs by giving access to regional, national and international press information sources, specialized press releases, websites of institutional actors, associations, unions, consumer groups, companies, blogs, social media, videos, radio or television programs...

These sources must be online resources.

The Holder must be able to prove that he has all the copyrights for the information made available.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of this contract is 50 watchmen, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company and this, over the total duration of the said contract.
