The city of Laatzen intends to build a turnkey primary school and a sports hall in Laatzen-Mitte as a replacement for the existing primary school and sports hall. The existing buildings must be demolished beforehand. In this procurement procedure, a general contractor (GC) is to be commissioned with all necessary construction work (including demolition).

The Department 6 Construction and Building Management, Team 65 Building Construction of the City of Laatzen has commissioned a general planner (GP) to provide the architectural and engineering services required for the implementation of the project. The GP has developed a functional specification (FLB) at the level of a "tender planning" with key details (Annex B01). On this basis, the construction project is to be implemented by a general contractor (GC), who has to provide all construction services in addition to the (execution) planning services that are still required.

According to current planning, the client aims to clear the construction site for the 1st construction phase by clearing the area by spring 2024. The further timetable for the implementation of the project can be found in the general contractor contract (Part C).
