The object of this order is the purchase of electricity for the collection points of the Deliberate Union of Communities R-XXI based in Nowogard in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards — Ordinance of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 20 December 2004. (OJ 2005, No 2, item 6) on detailed conditions for connecting operators to electricity networks, traffic and network operation, specifying, inter alia, the technical parameters of electricity.

The subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity and all costs related to the execution of the contract during the entire term of the contract, including: power supply, subscription, commercial service fees, maintenance and settlement costs with transmission system operators, taxes and fees.
