Of the tenders submitted under subsequent contract No 1, only that of the prospective successful tenderer of the framework agreement will be analysed.

The purpose of the single-award framework agreement for urban project management is to ensure the monitoring of the Nice Méridia ZAC until its completion, in its architectural and urban planning components, as well as the project management for the execution of the public space works to be carried out, on the basis of the preliminary project (AVP already adopted for the entire perimeter of the ZAC, and the Project (Pro) validated in 2020 concerning only the central sector (Section 3). It should be noted that the work on public spaces on sections 1 and 2 has been completed, and that a first phase of section 3 (section 3.1) is in progress.
