This includes the cleaning of windows and glazed entrance and exit doors as well as surfaces of the interior glazing (e.g. fire doors and other intermediate doors in the building) and glass (pre-)roofs.
A glass area with a total size of 57,786.89 sqm will be advertised for cleaning:
Lot 1: 30,396.43 sqm (61 properties)
If a tenderer submits the most economical tender in more than one lot, he shall, within the framework of a lot limitation, be awarded the contract only for the lot which has the largest distance to the second-placed bidder.
