Lot N303 - Shell construction (carbon concrete)
On behalf of STESAD GmbH, a new single-field sports hall made of carbon concrete is to be built at the school site of the 49th primary school in Dresden-Plauen as part of a pilot project. The new sports hall is buried by one floor (depth of the sports hall: 3.5 m).
The content of the current tender Lot N303 is the shell construction work with the following services: length x width sports hall = 38 m x 17.50 m; sanitary wing over two floors; Pilot project carbon concrete execution; approx. 600 m² waterproofing basement with insulation.
The above-ground supporting structure is to be largely manufactured in carbon concrete construction. In particular, the prestressed roof beams, the roof panels, the outer layer of the layered walls and the shading slats are to be made of non-metallic reinforcement. For these 4 building elements, approvals are obtained in individual cases or project-related type approvals due to the lack of building authority approval by the client in Germany so far. The approval of the State Office for Construction Technology is already available in parts at the beginning of April and is only valid in connection with the products contained therein. In this respect, product specifications are made for the production of all 4 carbon concrete elements, which must be used by the bidder. Except for the carbon strands (required for the prestressed roof racks), all products must be purchased/procured by yourself. The carbon strands are to be obtained from a factory of Tokyo Rope in the USA and, due to the long delivery times, are purchased in advance by the client, tested and then handed over to the awarded shell construction company for further processing.
