1. The object of the order is to perform in the system design and build an automatic wash in Krakow Main West, together with equipment and accompanying infrastructure.

Address of the object: Bocznica klejowa PKP Intercity S.A. Kraków Główny Zachód, at 17 Constituency Street, on plot no. 242/25, within 0045, one. ewid. 126102_9 Krowodrza.

2. The procurement procedure is carried out in an unlimited tender procedure under the Law of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “PZP Act” or “Pzp”.

3. This order is a sector order.

4. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act provides for a reversed order of evaluation of the tenders, i.e. first to examine and evaluate the tenders for the determination of the highest rated bid, and then make the qualification of the subject of the contractor whose offer has been the highest rated in the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions of participation in the proceedings.

1. The object of the order is to perform in the system design and build an automatic wash in Krakow Main West, together with equipment and accompanying infrastructure.

2. As part of the subject of the contract, referred to in para. 1 The contractor will perform:

1) Documentation and design elaborations:

(a) construction projects broken down into necessary industries, together with the land-use project and architectural and construction project,

(b) technical and implementing projects broken down into necessary industries,

(c) technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works,

(d) comprehensive surveying documentation with the necessary arrangements and post-construction, together with the application on land records maps,

e) visualization of the designed object for project promotion,

(f) the documentation and instructions necessary for the operation and ongoing maintenance of the wash, including instructions for use of installations and equipment and a set of training materials;

2) studies, activities, works and construction works:

(a) agree with the contracting authority and will update the financial timetable on an ongoing basis,

(b) prepare a 'Detailed breakdown of the offer price',

(c) apply to the competent authority/institution in the event of loss of validity of decisions and arrangements held by the contracting authority, in particular the validity of the conditions for connection to the electricity grid of PKP Energetyka S.A. or request a prolongation of the conditions issued,

(d) obtains additional required opinions, arrangements, conditions, maps for design purposes, administrative and environmental decisions necessary to operate and the correct procurement, including a waterproofing permit,

(e) obtains a reconciliation of the Regulations for the exclusion of electricity from the PKP Energetyka network, if necessary,

(f) obtains a construction permit and notify construction works that do not require a construction permit,

g) will perform demolition works:

— the existing washing position,

— container — washing station control,

— warehouses,

— storage building (used for the storage of lubricants),

— storage sheds,

— transformer station fence,

(h) remove possible collisions with infrastructure at the investment site,

(i) carry out construction works on the basis of the design documentation he has developed, concerning:

(i) automatic brush wash, crossing, including adjustment of the track system and the necessary external infrastructure understood, inter alia, as:

— track surfaces tight at the place of automatic wash equipment,

— sealed track surfaces (drip) in front of and behind the automatic wash,

— Automatic wash equipment,

— closed circuit and water purification technology tanks,

— equipment and installations for water purification and power washes,

(ii) the technical and warehouse building,

(iii) positions for securing chassis from icing

(iv) a rolling stock EVN number recognition system for reports/washing/icing presets,

(v) internal and external installations including but not limited to:

— technological installations,

— sewer installations,

— water installations,

— compressed air installations,

— heating and ventilation installations,

- Electrical Installations,

— other necessary for the proper functioning of the object,

(vi) track infrastructure over a section from km 0,145 to km 0,788,

(vii) the catenary network,

(viii) paved paving on both sides of the trackground and the arrangement to connect them to existing road infrastructure,

ix) landscaping,

(j) make the delivery and assembly of the machinery and equipment necessary for the implementation of the investment task,

(k) make plans for commissioning and testing of the installations and equipment provided,

l) conduct boot, tests, functional trials,

(m) carry out training of contracting staff,

(n) transfer the copyright to the documentation on the fields of operation indicated in the contract,

(o) shall carry out copyright supervision during the implementation of the works,

(p) obtains a permit for use,

q) will perform warranty benefits for a period of 36 months.
