Framework agreement with purchase orders - mechanical sweeping services and other cleaning services for roads and public spaces. This contract is part of a consortium composed of the following communities: Douaisis Agglomeration Community (CAD), Anhiers, Arleux, Cuincy, Douai, Erchin and Esquerchin municipalities, d'Estrées, Ferin, Flers-en-Escrebieux, Flines-les-Raches, Fressain, Guesnain, Lambres-lez-Douai, Marcq-en-Ostrevent, Raches, Roucourt, Villers-au-Tertre. A constitutive agreement defines the operating procedures of the group in accordance with Article 28 of Decree No o 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement. The DAC has been designated coordinator of the grouping and has been mandated by the members of the consortium to, inter alia, launch the consultation, award the contract, sign and notify it to the successful holder in the name and on behalf of each member of the grouping.

The services are the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order with a minimum amount and a maximum annual amount defined for each member of the group and representing a total accumulated amount of: minimum amount = € 33,600 / year and maximum amount = € 224,150 / year.
