The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood as well as nursery and seed cutting, to be performed in the Chojna Forest District, in 2024 and 2025.

The proceedings shall be carried out in an unrestricted tender procedure pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of 11 September 2019. The law of public procurement and implementing acts to the PZP, in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.

The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 70% of the value of this contract.
