The creation of a database for the Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment of Child Victims of Sexual Violence programme represents a fundamental resource, with multiple benefits for the well-being of children, especially in the prevention of sexual abuse. Likewise, it supposes a space of unification of files for the Ministry and the Delegations, which can study and alleviate situations of abuse.

• Meet the needs of the MINISTRY OF SOCIAL INCLUSION, YOUTH, FAMILIES AND EQUALITY, in terms of the management of ICT projects, through the provision of the necessary resources to constitute a Technical Office of Project Management to support the CREATION OF A DATABASE FOR THE PROGRAM OF EVALUATION, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF CHILD VICTIMS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE IN ANDALUSIA.
• Increase the probability of success of projects by standardizing management processes that include the necessary good practices, and making them predictable both in procedure and results.
• Advice on the technologies necessary for the development of the Information System (cloud platforms, advanced analytics tools, market trends, etc.).
• Periodic monitoring of possible risks from two points of view. On the one hand, from the point of view of users (Central Services, Territorial Delegations and Specialized Entities). On the other hand, from the point of view of the companies contracted for this specification.
• Measurement of the fulfillment of the objectives by the actions of the development of the database, through the observation of results and the realization of a comparative analysis between the past and the current positions.
• Elaboration of conclusions and identification of recommendations based on the indications of users of the database.

• Development of A DATABASE FOR THE PROGRAM OF EVALUATION, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF CHILD VICTIMS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE IN ANDALUSIA that allows to guide and accompany the evaluation and administrative procedures in the cases of minor victims of sexual violence in Andalusia and that also serves for future predictive analysis in the early detection of these cases.
• Definition of a portable infrastructure in Cloud environment.
• Analysis of the indicators of the development of the database to be implemented.
• Loading and filtering of data from different source systems.
• Definition of use cases and application of advanced analytics.
• Implementation of a web platform for access to the database to users.
• Identification of information sources, relevant documentation for the study, external databases and main actors necessary for the collection of information.
