Specialist sanitary transport with full ensemble cast1. Package 1 covers specialist sanitary transport with a full team staff, consisting of at least three persons authorized to perform medical rescue operations, including a system doctor, system nurse or paramedic, driver (KS). 2. The estimated demand for the service in question for the duration of the contract is included in the "Price Form", constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the procedure specified in Article 139(1) of the PPL. Pursuant to Article 139(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority may first examine and evaluate the bids, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4. The Contracting Authority shall not provide for the use of an electronic auction. 5.Zamaw. does not conduct proceedings for the conclusion of a framework agreement. 6.Zamaw. does not reserve the possibility of applying for an order. only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Law. 6.Zamaw. does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law. 7.Zamaw. does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings. 8.Zamaw. does not make the reservations referred to in Articles 60 and 121. 9.Zamaw. does not provide for the requirements referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp.10.Zamaw. does not provide for the granting of advances for the performance of the contract. 11.The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to the bid in the situation specified in Article 93. 12.
