The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Ryglice, broken down into two parts:

1) Receiving, transporting and landscaping of non-segregated and segregated solid municipal waste from real estate inhabited in Ryglice and the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Ryglice - estimated amount of waste: 1792,00 Mg

2) Receiving, transport and management of non-segregated and segregated solid municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Ryglice - estimated amount of waste: 66,00 Mg

The specific scope of the object of the contract and the manner of execution is defined in the SWZ and its annexes, i.e. the templates of contracts and the rules of procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order within the municipality of Ryglice, resolutions on the detailed manner and scope of delivery of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from the owners of the property and the development of this waste.

The subject of the order is the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Ryglice, i.e.:

— the collection, transport and development of non-segregated (mixed) solid municipal waste, segregated from real estate inhabited within the municipality of Ryglice and the selective collection of municipal waste in Ryglice,

— equipping residential properties (households) with containers for the collection of solid municipal waste — lease of containers by the Contractor for the duration of the contract,

— supply to inhabited properties (households) bags for selective collection of solid municipal waste.

The subject of the order shall include the collection from the property, individually from each household, of the whole mass of solid municipal waste both unsegregated (mixed) and collected selectively, and the transport and management of received waste through recovery or disposal, in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and to ensure that adequate levels of weight reduction of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, as referred to in the law on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities. The subject of the order also includes the collection of the entire mass of solid segregated municipal waste provided by the residents of Ryglice municipality to the point of selective collection of municipal waste, located at 27 A. Mickiewiccza Street in Ryglice.

The estimated amount of waste intended for collection, transport and development is 1,626,00 Mg/12 months, with an estimated level of segregation to be approximately 30% — 40%, and therefore segregated waste will be approximately 488,00 Mg/12 months — 650,00 Mg/12 months, whereas non-segregated (mixed) and residues from the sorting of municipal waste approximately 1,138,00/12 months — 976,00 Mg/12 months.

Households - the point of selective collection of municipal waste in Ryglice: the estimated amount of waste provided for collection, transport and development is approximately 166,00 Mg/12 months.

The subject of the order is the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Ryglice, i.e.:

— segregated and unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the Municipal Authority in Ryglice, 9 Market Street,

— unsegregated from the market plate and streets in the village of Ryglice and from village centres and streets in individual sołecvas in the commune of Ryglice,

— unsegregated from transport stops located within the municipality of Ryglice,

— unsegregated from the municipal cemetery in Ryglice at 11 November Street,

— segregated and unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the market square in Ryglice, on Tarnowska Street.

The estimated amount of solid municipal waste provided for collection, transport and development is: 66.00 Mg/12 months.
