The work has the object of the recovery of the former Arici Sega building located in the locality Case in the San Polo district in Brescia, is aimed at the construction of social and subsidized housing and services for the neighborhood.

It should be noted that the project has been divided into two lots, each to be awarded with a separate and autonomous procedure, as the construction site area concerns two distinct buildings subject to differentiated interventions, which therefore require different requirements for participation in the tender.
