The objective of this procedure is to conclude framework agreements to provide Credendo, over the next four years, with advisory, benchmarking and consultancy services in the field of information and communication technologies.
In the new procedure, the consulting, benchmarking and consultancy services are divided into 3 lots, as follows:
• Consulting services (Research and consulting) for Lot 1;
• Benchmarking services (Comparative analysis and review of the quality of services) for lot 2;
• Consulting services (high-level consulting and studies) for lot 3.
Consulting services (Research and consulting)Research and consulting consists of access to standard information (published reports) and personalized information (analysts, coaching, teamwork, networking events, etc.) aimed at supporting decision-making at different levels in an IT organization. This involves, for example, paying an annual fee for access to the reports and incorporating other options based on price.
Consulting services must cover Credendo's needs in terms of:
• access to research material
• advice
• Participation in events
• Benchmarking services (Benchmarking and review of the quality of services)Benchmarking is a structured comparative process that measures an organization's services, IT infrastructures, products, and processes against best practices, standard frameworks, or peers.
It provides reliable and independent information on the quality of ICT infrastructure or services and their relative financial performance. The goal of this process is to identify areas for improvement and determine how to achieve them.
Benchmarking services must cover Credendo's needs in terms of:
• Standard benchmarking;
• Benchmarking express ;
• Quality reviews.
