Microsoft BMI Select Plus Licenses

The subject matter is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a contractor for the brokerage of all Microsoft BMI Select Plus licenses available in the aforementioned categories within the scope of the contract period, possibly with Software Assurance (hereinafter referred to as MS BMI Select Plus licenses) as well as corresponding services (hereinafter collectively: services). The framework agreement is concluded when the contract is awarded.
