The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly and design of the ground heat pump installation as part of the project Low-emission economy - exchange of heat sources in the Municipality of Lubochnia stage II

The subject of the contract includes: a) preparation of design documentation, including documentation of geological works together with the notification, b) execution of the lower power source of the heat pump, i.e. wells with utilities and collecting wells, c) execution of an internal meter cable line (not covered by the co-financing) d) dismantling of the existing central heating boiler and hot water storage tank e) delivery and assembly of a complete ground heat pump installation with a capacity of min. 280 kW with accessories (it is possible to use several heat pumps operating in a cascade) f) carrying out on-site installation of the installation based on the prepared design documentation g) notification to the competent authority of drilling h) commissioning and start-up of the installation being the subject of the contract, i) carrying out operational tests and settings to the extent necessary, 4.3. A detailed description of the Ordering Party's requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract, including assembly and construction works, is specified in the technical documentation, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
