Framework agreements for the provision of gutter cleaning and roof and slope-mounted anchor inspections (Lot 1) and reactive roof repairs (Lot 2) to the association's properties (5 409 No in total) located throughout the North Glasgow area. The duration of the framework agreements will be approximately 31 months, commencing on or around 2.9.2019 and ending on 31.3.2022 with the option — at the Client's discretion — to extend the agreements for a further 12-month or 17-month period thereafter.
