The contracting entities each enter into their own service contracts with the successful candidate.

The invitation to tender comprises the drainage and treatment of waste bins in the city of Forssa, the Forssa Regional Welfare Group and the Southwest Häme Training Municipality Group, as well as the transport of waste to the host waste treatment facility (LHJ Oy). Waste fractions covered by producer responsibility shall be submitted to the distribution point.
