Melin Homes, a Registered Social Landlord based in Pontypool, has been appointed by the Welsh Government as Scheme Manager for South Wales for arbed Phase 2 European Regional Development Fund project. Melin Homes also manages a number of ECO projects.

Melin Homes is seeking to establish two (2) frameworks;

Lot 1 – A framework for the supply of solid wall insulation materials and technical support onto which up to ten (10) suitably qualified contractors will be appointed; and

Lot 2 – A framework for the supply of solid wall insulation installation services, along with all enablement works required, onto which up to thirty (30) suitably qualified contactors will be appointed. All contracts awarded under both Frameworks will be on a call off basis following a mini-competition. The insulation measures required will be Mineral Wool, Phenolic Foam, and Expanded Polystyrene only.
