Aalborg Service A/S provides, on behalf of Aalborg Forsyly A/S, with related subsidiaries, a framework agreement on advisory services.

The Framework Agreement covers a number of advisory services where advisory assistance can be provided to areas of heat and energy production on an ongoing basis, including daily operations and maintenance, design, strategy and development.

Contracting entities intend to award the framework agreement to three advisors and tasks are assigned either by direct allocation or through mini-tenders.

For a further description of the content and scope of the Framework Agreement, please refer to the procurement material, including in particular the description of the benefit in Annex 1.

The statement of the estimated value of the Framework Agreement in point II.1.5) constitutes an estimate for the entire contract period including extension, and is therefore associated with some uncertainty.

It is noted that the builder does not have a drawback on the framework agreement.

The Framework Agreement covers advisory services in the following subject areas:

1. Project settlement (project and design management)

2. Machinery plant, District heating

3. EL/SRO

4. Construction works

The advice will consist mainly of total consultancy including government and tendering projects, as well as subject supervision and construction management, but the framework agreement can also be used for shared advice. Shared advice will be in particular in the form of technical advice ifm. total rates.

In addition, the framework agreement includes the purchase of resources persons.

Direct assignment of individual tasks is done through the cascade model, thus one advisor will be chosen as a primary advisor on tasks under DKK 2,500,000, as provided for in the tender material. For tasks of DKK 2,500,000 and above, the competition will be reopened via mini-tenders, where the 3 advisers will compete on price and quality.
