The subject of the order is the delivery of laboratory reagents and small disposable laboratory equipment, along with the lease of apparatus for the needs of the Medical Diagnostic Laboratory of the Pediatric Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order specified in Appendix No. 2 (Assortment and price form) to SWZ. In the present proceedings, in relation to the packages indicated in Annex 2 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party expects the conclusion of lease and lending agreements.
