Subject of the service to be assigned in lot 1 is the object planning for the renovation of the building (interior construction - drywall, painting work, tile work, screed work - as well as PSB and asbestos restoration), service phases 1-9 in accordance with section 34 in conjunction with appendix 10 HOAI; in lot 2, the planning of the renovation of the technical facilities of plant groups 1 ( wastewater systems), 2 (heating), 3 (ventilation) and 7 (swimming pool technology), service phases 1-9 according to § 55 in conjunction with appendix 15 HOAI; in lot 3 the planning of the renovation of the technical facilities of plant group 4 (electrical installations), service phases 1-9 in accordance with section 55 in conjunction with appendix 15 HOAI; in lot 4 the structural engineering for structural planning for the Concrete renovation of the Swimming pool (concrete renovation), service phases 1-6 according to § 51 in conjunction with appendix 14 HOAI; object planning for the renovation of the swimming pool in lot 5 (concrete renovation, demolition and disposal existing film cladding, new stainless steel solid lining), service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 34 in conjunction with attachment 10 HOAI. The estimated order value for lot 1 106,401.88 is EUR (net), for lot 2 183,079.23 (net), for lot 3 46,023.58 EUR (net), for lot 4 68,252.85 EUR (net), and for lot 5 287,276.48 EUR (net).

The service to be awarded includes engineering control of the construction of the structure for the concrete renovation of the swimming pool (concrete renovation) and participation in the planning and monitoring of the execution of interventions in the structure of the building as part of other renovation work. A phased assignment is planned (performance level 1: service phases 1-4; performance level 2: service phases 5-9).
