ACHA are looking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out Legionella water testing, tank cleaning and disinfection within our sheltered housing complexes, amenity housing and office accommodation in line with the independently produced Risk assessments for each property at various locations throughout Argyll and Bute as listed in the contract document, this contract would be carried out over 147 weeks starting June 2017 with an optional 52-week extension period.
