The subject of the contract is the provision of services to maintain cleanliness (cleaning) properties owned or managed by the Administration of Municipal Houses “ADM” Sp. z o.o. in Bydgoszcz, to the extent and under the conditions set out in SWZ together with annexes, including, among others, such activities like:

• maintenance of cleanliness (cleaning) of common parts in buildings (staircases, cellars, attics, etc.), yards, sidewalks and squares, maintenance of cleanliness and care of green areas,

• maintenance of cleanliness (cleaning) of buildings and office spaces which are the offices (organizational units) of the Ordering Party together with adjacent squares, walkways and areas.

Implementation of services to maintain the purity of real estate owned by the State Treasury, which are on the Board of Directors of the Contracting Authority i.e. ADM (located in the area of operation of Residents Service District no. 2,3,4)

Implementation of maintenance services of the property owned or owned by the City of Bydgoszcz, managed by the Ordering Party, located in the area of operation of Residents Service District no. 2 hereinafter referred to as “ROM-2”

Implementation of maintenance services of property owned or owned by the City of Bydgoszcz, managed by the Ordering Party, located in the area of operation of Residents Service District No 3 hereinafter referred to as “ROM-3”

Implementation of maintenance services of property owned or owned by the City of Bydgoszcz, managed by the Ordering Party, located in the area of operation of Residents Service District no. 4 hereinafter referred to as “ROM-4”

Implementation of services to maintain the purity of real estate owned by the Ordering Party (ADM Company) or private property in the administration of the contracted ADM Company on the basis of civil law contracts located in the area of operation of the Residents Service District No. 2,3,4

Implementation of cleaning services (cleaning) of buildings and office premises of the Ordering Party along with maintaining the cleanliness of adjacent external areas (yards, walkways, squares, green spaces). Applies to the headquarters of ADM Company at 1 Śniadeckich Street and the headquarters of other organisational units of the Company located in Bydgoszcz city
