The building no longer meets the current standards of reception, accessibility and support by its condition and its internal organization. Priority was given to the redevelopment and humanization of the current residence, in line with the residents' life plan. The program thus defined includes:

- the separation of administrative and medical poles;

- the creation of spaces shared with families;

- optimization of shared spaces;

- the restructuring of the AVU;

- the creation of an open therapeutic kitchen;

- the identification of a place for day reception;

- modification of reception - creation of a meeting room;

- upgrading of rooms and circulation;

- The treatment of non-conformities;

- the repair of the roof. The share of the provisional financial envelope allocated to the works is 1,800,000 EUR HT (value 1.2019).
