The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of equipment and accessories for image transmission and components for prototyping - intended to equip the Pre-incubation Laboratory as part of the Pionier-Lab National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems project.

The order has been divided into the following parts:

Part No. 1 – Components for prototyping the board with accessories and a 3D printer,

Part No 2 – Equipment and accessories for image transmission,

Part 3 – Components for prototyping: minicomputers with accessories.

1.The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of equipment and accessories for image transmission and components for prototyping - intended to equip the Pre-incubation Laboratory as part of the Pionier-Lab National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems project. The order is divided into the following parts:

Part No. 1 – Components for prototyping the board with accessories and a 3D printer,

Part No 2 – Equipment and accessories for image transmission,

Part 3 – Components for prototyping: minicomputers with accessories.

2.The subject of the contract under parts No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 is carried out for the contracting authority and the above-mentioned receiving entities in point I.3.2 SWZ.

3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV SWZ - respectively for each of the above-mentioned parts of the contract.

4. The locations (places of delivery) of the complete subject of the contract together with the assignment to the ordering party and to individual receiving entities are indicated in Part IV of the SWZ.

3.5. The Contractor is obliged to provide the contracting authority and each of the receiving entities with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting therefrom. The warranty requirements are set out in Part III of the SWZ.

6. The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, not displayed at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order originally packed, not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of its correct operation after manufacture.

7. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.

8. The subject of the contract supplied must come from the distribution channel of the manufacturer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the exercise of warranty rights.

9. The subject of the order must be delivered to individual receiving entities together with operating instructions, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ). Individual consignees will not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time and territorial limitation.

10. The delivered item of the order intended for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with a sufficient number of power cables to allow it to be connected to standard power outlets, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.

11. The subject matter of the contract offered on the date of the tender may not be foreseen by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale.
