The subject of this order includes the purchase and delivery of 2 factory new specialty vehicles — garbage trucks to Ordering's headquarters — 13 Łąkowa Street, 23-400 Biłgoraj. Vehicles must comply with the technical requirements set out in Poland's rules for vehicles travelling on public roads, including the technical conditions set out in the Act of 20 June 1997. Traffic Law (Journal of Laws 2021.450 of 12.03.2021) and Implementing Orders to that Act.
The vehicles offered by the Contractor should be fully operational and meet the technical, quality and utility requirements set out in the Specification of the Order Terms and Conditions. The Ordering Party requires, within the subject of the order, delivery to the premises at 13 Łąkowa Street in Biłgoraj 2 factory pieces of new specialized vehicles — two-chamber garbage trucks with low floor cabin.
Required minimum technical parameters and equipment of 2 pieces of vehicles in the chassis range:
New factory vehicles (year of production not earlier than 2021),
3 axle chassis with DMC 26 t,
Low-floor cabin — minimum 3-seater.
The supplier will enable the installation of the GPS system used by the Ordering Party without losing the warranty. Cost of installation of GPS system on the side of the Ordering Party
Required minimum technical parameters and equipment of vehicles in the field of buildings:
The total capacity of the cargo box minimum 21,5 m3,
Oval shaped built-in,
Breakdown of the cargo box in proportions: compartment greater 60%, chamber less 40% of the total capacity of the cargo box,
Two independent trays together with two independent taxidermy walls,
Degree of compaction of waste 5:1.
Warranty for a complete vehicle (chassis and built-up) min. 24 months, counted from the date of protocol delivery without comments from the Contracting Authority, without kilometers limit.
Extended warranty — min. 48 months for the element of the backfill bath.
Mobile service for chassis and built-in — 48 hours response time.
The Contractor will provide together with the vehicle a set of documents necessary for registration on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The vehicles provided cannot be a prototype, they must be a serial product - repetitive. Through serial production, the Ordering Party understands the production of devices whose design and principle of operation is the same, and the elements of the main equipment and instrumentation are fixed and unchanging.
Vehicles must be authorised for marketing and use in the EU (a CE certificate or a CE declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer shall be supplied in each part).
Delivery of 2 vehicles at the expense of the Contractor to the address of the Ordering Party — 13 Łąkowa Street, 23-400 Biłgoraj. Vehicle insurance for the duration of transport on the side and at the expense of the Contractor
