The aim is to conclude a framework agreement per lot for the period from 01.12.23 to 30.11.24 with the option of extension by 3x1 year until a maximum of 30.11.27.

The notice period is 5 months to the end of the respective contract period. If this is not drawn, it will be automatically renewed for another year. The contract ends by 30.11.27 at the latest without the need for termination. The contract ends when the total quota per lot specified in the tender documents is reached, even before the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline.
