The purpose of this contract is to award the annual kit of bags for door-to-door separate waste collection, intended for users of the Municipalities managed by CLARA S.p.A. for the year 2024.

Supply of LDPE bags for door-to-door separate collection of various types of municipal waste in the territories of the Shareholders Municipalities of CLARA S.p.A.This contract concerns the supply of LDPE bags, in recycled material, added with virgin LLDPE, suitable for compliance with green purchases for public administrations (GPP), which comply with the specifications defined by the UNI EN 13592: 2017 standard "Plastic bags for the collection of household waste - Types, requirements and test methods" and subsequent amendments, Supplements and/or replacements as a rule.
Specifically, the contract consists of the supply of the following items:
- 120 liter yellow polyethylene bags, for door-to-door collection of waste plastic packaging / cans at domestic and non-domestic users;
- 200 litre polyethylene bags of yellow color, for the door-to-door collection of waste plastic packaging/cans at bathing establishments;
- 200 lt polyethylene bags of blue color, for the door-to-door collection of paper and cardboard waste at the bathing establishments;
- 80 lt polyethylene bags of grey color, for the door-to-door collection of non-recyclable RSU waste (residual urban waste) at domestic and non-domestic users;
- 80 litre reusable, transparent neutral polyethylene bags of resistant weight, for the door-to-door collection of green waste resulting from mouthpieces of grass and foliage at domestic and non-domestic users households.

Supply of bags in biodegradable and compostable biomaterial certified for separate collection door to door of organic wet waste in the territories of the Municipalities of CLARA S.p.A.The purpose of this contract is the supply of bags in biodegradable and compostable biomaterial (Mater-Bi or similar) for the separate collection of organic waste, which can be delivered to composting plants, which comply with the specifications defined by the UNI EN 13432: 2002 standards "Requirements for packaging recoverable by composting and biodegradation - Test scheme and evaluation criteria for the final acceptance of packaging", UNI EN 14995:2007 "Plastics - Compostability Assessment - Test scheme and specifications", UNI EN 13592:2017 "Plastic bags for household waste collection - Types, requirements and test methods" and subsequent amendments, additions and / or substitutions of standard.
Specifically, the contract consists of the supply of the following items:
- 13 lt minishopper compostable biomaterial bags, for collecting organic wet waste from domestic users;
- 60 lt compostable biomaterial bags, for collecting organic wet waste from non-domestic users;
- 200 lt compostable biomaterial bags, for collecting organic wet waste at bathing establishments.
