The purpose of this consultation is to take back and treat raw green waste and rubble collected by Trigone's transport service (SPL Trigone) from landfills in its territory. This is a service contract awarded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to Articles R2162-13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is multi-awarded. The provisional start of the service is scheduled for September 1, 2023
