The subject of the order is the collection, transport and development of the entire mass of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from all property inhabited from the municipality of Stargard.

1. The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of the entire mass of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from all real estate inhabited from the municipality of Stargard.

2. The subject of the contract shall include the Contractor's disposal during the entire period of execution of the order by a warehouse and transport base* located in the municipality of Stargard or at a distance of not more than 60 km from the border of the municipality of Stargard.

* The storage and transport base must meet the requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013 item 122).

3. The subject of the contract shall include the Contractor having a selective municipal waste collection point or having a valid signed contract for the storage of waste at such point /the exact extent of the operation of the PSZOK in the contract shall be determined by the OPZ (Annex No 9).
