The object of the order is the purchase and successive delivery for the Hospital Pharmacy of the medicinal product PALIVIZUMABUM.

The Contractor may offer products admitted to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the requirements of the Pharmaceutical Law of 6 September 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301)

The object of the order is the purchase and successive delivery for the Hospital Pharmacy of the medicinal product PALIVIZUMABUM.

The Ordering Party requires that the offered medicinal products be included in the catalogue of reimbursed medicines, i.e. they must be included in the currently applicable announcement of the Minister of Health – in part B.
