The subject of the contract is the supply of HEV hybrid passenger cars and 9-passenger buses.

The order is divided into 2 parts:

Part I - sale and delivery of 13 pcs. new, unused HEV hybrid passenger cars

Part II – sale and delivery of 2 pcs. new, unused 9-seater bus cars.

Sale and delivery 13 pcs. new, unused HEV-type hybrid passenger cars. The list of technical parameters and required car equipment is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 5 / I to the SWZ.

Sale and delivery of 2 pcs. new, unused 9-seater bus cars. The list of technical parameters and required car equipment is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 5/II to the SWZ.
