Brief description of the site:
The DLR site in Oberpfaffenhofen is one of the largest research centres in Germany, along with the Cologne site. Ten scientific facilities and institutes are located on the site not far from the
Motorway Munich-Lindau A96. Currently, the site employs around 1800 people.
Research centre's priorities include participation in space missions,
climate research, research and development on Earth observation, the expansion of navigation systems and the further development of robotics.
The site can be divided into the following areas:
A wide variety of institute buildings
two large parking lots (one paved throughout, the other by planting strips)
and lawn paving stones and for the most part fixed in a water-permeable manner)
several small parking lots, parking bays and a multi-storey car park
two aprons with four hangars
There are also two passages (building 113 and building 126) and 2 exits (building 140 and building 121)
with connection to buildings that cannot be called a flat surface.
Some of the traffic areas have been refurbished and are on the whole in good condition.
Condition.
The following areas are to be cleared or gritted by the contractor:
1. Roads, trafficked areas, footpaths, paths: 48,680 m²
2. Parking spaces: 11,094 m²
3. Flugbetriebsflächen: 13.245 m²
4. Roof area: 4,686 m²
5. Parking garage: 5,492.94 m²
6. Building 144: 608.93 m², of which 195.89 m² is a ditch in the basement
Prior to the takeover of the service, an inspection is carried out to record existing
damages. This is used by the object management to create a handover protocol.
The contractor is expected to comply with the regulations of the employers' liability insurance association and laws,
which serve the purpose of occupational health and safety. The StVO applies on the DLR site.
Implementation and billing
For the work to be carried out, the enclosed clearing and gritting plan is binding.

On-call service:
The contractor is obliged to ensure 24-hour availability, seven days a week.
