The purpose of this contract is to: - design the printed materials of the "Vies de famille" brand through its magazine (lot 1 - paper design); - and that of coordinating the printed materials of the "Vies de famille" brand through its magazine and its special service guide (lot 2 - coordination)
DesignThe designer's main missions will be to: -The design, the editorial secretariat, the creation of editorial mock-ups for the printer, including the photoengraving (films, sketches or files - CTP technique and the production of a pdf hyperlink) - the overall follow-up of the project (link, contacts, mediation, reminder, coordination, provision of a proofing platform (optional, cf. Infra) and assistance at key meetings throughout the process between the DCRI, the national mission and the general coordinator of the magazine, and the various stakeholders within the agency dedicated to the service (da, sr, iconographer, photographer, illustrators, etc.) iconographic research and project monitoring). - The technical verification and secretarial drafting of the departmental notebooks published by each of the funds making up the network. - The provision of visual content, - the graphic redesign of the magazine and its inserts
COORDINATIONThe coordinator's main missions will be: - coordination between the various stakeholders: designer, printer/broacher, logistician/transporter, advertising manager, display printer, etc.- An advisory mission for the various administrative procedures (Joint Commission for Publications and Press Agencies - cPPAP - legal deposit, declaration to the public prosecutor's office, VAT, etc ...)
