The market consultation is intended as an exchange of information with interested parties for a possible tender.

By means of this market consultation, we want to gain insight into the possibilities and impossibilities of the market in preparation for a possible private, national or European tender.

The market consultation is open to all suppliers who can supply circular office furniture.

The questions which the contracting authorities would like to see answered are divided into categories:

- questions about the EMS system

- questions about invoice validation

- questions about data completeness

The questions are used to test the feasibility of the tender in the market. The answers are also used to establish pricing model and award criteria. Finally, the information is used to put a tender on the market that meets the wishes of the suppliers.
