The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from property owners covered by the municipal waste management system in the city of Białogard and the management of municipal waste by subjecting it to processing and recovery processes.

Order description:

2. The scope of the order includes:

2.1 Collection of municipal waste of the following types:

1) paper,

2) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, collected together in one container or bag,

3) glass,

4) biowaste,

5) unsorted (mixed) waste, remaining after waste selection

from the owners of real estate covered by the municipal management system

Waste:

-Residing

- mixed, which in part is real estate where residents live,

and in some properties where there are no residents and waste is generated

Municipal

- uninhabited areas, where there are no inhabitants and municipal waste is generated,

which provide only public and non-public nursery schools, schools, other educational institutions,

counselling centres and centres covered by the school education system referred to in Article 2(1)-(8) of the Act of 14

December 2016 - Law on School Education (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 900, as amended), and crèches and clubs

referred to in Article 2(1) and Article 8(1) of the Act of 4 February 2011 on Childcare

children up to 3 years of age (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 204, as amended),

in the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 December 2025 with an estimated total amount of approx. 11,674 Mg and transport of municipal waste to the place of its management.

2.2 Management of collected non-segregated waste and bio-waste with estimated weights:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, - approx. 6,601 Mg by subjecting it to the process of processing and recovery of R-12 in the installation of mechanical and biological treatment of municipal waste,

2) bio-waste, - about 2,557 Mg, - by subjecting it to the process of processing and recovery of R-3 in a composting plant - a biological treatment installation.

2.3 Management of other separately collected municipal waste collected from

owners of properties covered by the municipal waste management system, of the following types:

1) paper, with an estimated weight of about 611 Mg,

2) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, with an estimated weight of about 1 171 Mg,

3) glass, with an estimated mass of about 734 Mg,

by transferring separately collected municipal waste collected from property owners directly to waste recovery or treatment installations in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012. (OJ L of 2023, item 1587, as amended. amended). In the case of small quantities of separately collected waste, it is possible to transfer the waste to the installation through a waste collector.

3. Information on the mass of collected and managed municipal waste from the city of Białogard in 2022 is specified in Appendix No. 13 to the Terms of Reference.
