Low-code platform incl. license, training and maintenance

The subject matter of the order is the temporary provision as well as the creation or adaptation of software on the basis of a contract for work and services and maintenance after acceptance and/or further development and adaptation.

The framework agreement entitles the contracting authority to call up the services specified in more detail in the tender documents, such as the licenses/subscriptions and software of a low-code platform as well as the maintenance, training and consulting, support and adaptation services as well as the transfer of legacy data and other migration services, both with regard to the low-code platform (maintenance, training and consulting services) itself and with regard to the services provided by the platform developed applications. The type and scope of the services are set out in the framework agreement.
