The city of Pinneberg is planning a separate extension to the existing school building for the Rübekamp primary school in Pinneberg. To implement the new building, existing residential buildings, which are in the hands of the city of Pinneberg, will be dismantled.
The new building will be built as a separate 2-storey building without a cellar on Schauenburgerstraße with an internal patio (inner courtyard) in solid construction. The outer walls are given a multi-layer wall structure with a clinker shell and continuous honrizontal pilaster tape.
The sustainable building planning was based on the motto "School has a role model function". which is why sustainable materials are also used and the intended flat roof is greened.
The federal government's guidelines for sustainable building must be observed.
The service includes all work on the exterior windows including external venetian blinds, exterior doors, as well as the mullion and transom facades of the two stairwells, canteen and patio.
The aluminium window elements are designed in various divisions within a reinforced concrete outer wall, which is core-insulated and constructed with facing masonry. In accordance with EnEV, the windows are fitted with solar control glazing, plus external venetian blinds on all sides of the façade, except in the north.
The exterior doors encompass the respective transition from the inside to the outside, including the main access door as well as the separate entrances in the façade area.
The staircase facades to the east and west are designed as PR facades, which act as a light strip for the staircase behind them. The vertical PR façade is continued in the upper point as a horizontal façade as a light roof with an inclination of 7°. The lower part of the PR façade in the west will have an emergency exit door to Schauenburger Straße.
The canteen will have a PR façade along the north and east sides. Within the façade, emergency exits and opening elements such as windows are provided and executed.
The inner courtyard (patio) will have a PR façade on both the east and west sides, which will illuminate the traffic areas and the canteen. The façade to the canteen will have a door that provides access to the patio.

The generally accepted rules of technology applicable at the time of performance of the contractor's services, including the general technical regulations for construction work applicable to the contractor's services in accordance with VOB Part C, DIN standards and technical regulations latest version. This also includes the additional and/or supplementary DIN standards that are also applicable or referred to in the DIN standards.
The construction site access is via Schauenburgerstraße, via the existing parking space of the Rübekamp sports hall.
The primary school will continue to teach throughout the entire construction period. If necessary, there may be individual votes for the execution during the school operation.
